Pilates is for everyone. It’s a common misconception that Pilates is difficult, expensive, and uncomfortable. Nothing could be further from the truth. In Pilates, we gently train with an emphasis on posture, breath, and moving from the center. It’s a mindfulness practice. We work from the inside out.
Laura is an excellent Pilates teacher! She is very well trained and offers such great classes and private sessions. She personalizes her instruction for all of her students and is always very well prepared. She has specialized teaching certification in many different areas to assist the needs and differences in her students. Whether you are recovering from an injury, have osteoporosis or are an athlete, Laura will prepare and design a program especially for you! Pilates has been a big part of my life for the past thirteen years, and I have taken classes from many different teachers. Laura is one of the very best! I highly recommend her, and her well equipped studio in beautiful Mount Shasta is absolutely lovely! Her classes are so fun and are very challenging!
